Chester Dinwoody (pictured above, left) was a defensive juggernaut at MSU and well ahead of his time when it came to body art. Here you can see him sporting the "tear", the "kiss", Chinese lettering, and the (unfortunate) ankle flower. Rumor has it, he also sported an unseen tattoo just above his posterior which read "Exit Only".

He never made the NBA, as he succumbed to an opium addiction his senior year.
