ok the spurs have traditionally been a poor Ft shooting team...but its reached a new low.
its at the point where i actually cringe when they get fouled because it takes away our chance to make a field goal. thats right, my own team drawing fouls prompts a 'dammit!' response (i assume they will either miss one or both freethrows, and they do, every time)
it has become an automatic assumption that when they go to the line, one or both will be misses.
ive never seen any team ever where during any particular trip to the line, actually making both is the anomaly, where missing one or even missing both is far more likely than making two.
