Anyone believe in a trade like this!! If the Spurs were to trade RJ for Greg Oden this summer?

You have to admit he would fit the team . . . he looks like he's in his mid-30s.

Isn't Mason a free Agent this summer?

Are you serious? Even if that were possible we need much more than him to accomplish anything.

Oden + Batum for Jefferson would make more sense but I think RJ makes a lot more than those 2.

Camby
Aldridge
Jefferson
Roy
Miller

that is not bad at all for them to compete next year but I doubt that we will see Oden with the Spurs next year...

Camby - I'd like him to the Spurs - there was talk about this some time ago

jr smith is someone that spurs could get
if karl does not go back to denver
his value to them is low
jr smith has some issues but afraid of shooting threes is not one of them

can oden even play a whole season?

That's why I wouldn't even contemplate possibly thinking about any kind of a trade involving him.

sabar

You have to try hard to come up with a trade that would make both teams worse.

RJ for Oden? Oden with an amputated leg has more value than RJ right now.

How about Keven Durant!

Was just about to post this. As incredibly unlikely as it is to happen, he would look great in a Spurs uni and is the type of character player that would do well in San Antonio. I'm sure he wouldn't mind getting back to south Texas.

Well, I can always dream. Sigh . . .

If Popovich is still the coach, I don't care who the Spurs have on the roster - he will lead us straight over a cliff.

no way the blazers give oden away. throwing a number 1 pick just like that doesn't flow in this league.

Did the spurs ever offer TD for Oden? That's been a rumor...

SEPU GINOBILI

Oden has serious injury problems, next year the big three will have one more year, we need players who can play the full season and give some rest to the big three, they should not play more than 25 minutes per game is obviously decrease performance when they are tired

Rudy Fernandez would be a great addition for the Spurs. He looks like a Spurs player, and especially with his athleticism and 3 point range, I think he would fit in well, either as a starter or a 6th man. A rotation of Parker/Hill/Ginobili/Fernandez wouldn't be bad at all and he can keep his jersey number #5! LOL

No, and he never will.

Portland wouldn't consider it for RJ but what about Tony?

TP for Oden, Batum, Fernandez and Miller. Does it sound possible? Does this make us better? Would both teams consider it? Would any of them?
