Never thought I'd get to post this while feeling this good. Still, I want to thank the board for the banter. It's been a long run. I'll be here for a while longer. While a cathartic release, for sure, this is not the heights my fandom aspires to, though at the moment I can't imagine it feeling any better.

I've been here since Feb 2005. It's been over five fuckin years!!! I've been met with "hey Fuckhole" responses to my posts, sat (or yelled) my way through Horry (multiple times), and to be honest, I wouldn't have missed a minute of it.

I've been on message boards since 2001. I'm an addict. I have probably totaled 50,000 posts in my lifetime... maybe more.

The point is, I've never had as much fun, even in such depths of despair, as I've had on this board. I appreciate the many who've acknowledged fans like myself throughout the years, and honestly, I think Spurstalk is the best sports forum on the internet. ShoogarBear, FromWayDowntown, Obstructed_View, etc... I've had some great discussions with you throughout the years. I look forward to many more. Here to hoping the Suns/Spurs can meet up with Titles on the line again in the near future. For all my hate for the Spurs, the ride is never the same without that series.

Spurstalk forum and it's fans are some of the best and most knowledgable when it comes to talking b-ball. Very impressed with the never say die attitude by the spurs, especially in the closing seconds of this game. It is nice for the Suns and quite an accomplishment for the organization to be able to finally win a series against what has been one of the best organizations over the past 11 years. True Suns fans despise anything Lakers and would love nothing better that to knock these guys off their pedastal and kick their ass. Were definitely the underdog but anything is possible.

Truth is, every fanbase has their asshats. Phoenix is definitely a frontrunner town, but to a much lesser extent for the Suns. The City's athletic heart starts and stops with the Suns. I know this as a life-long Suns fan, and a life-long Arizonan.
