Who would you rather pay this Summer?..
They're both the same age IIRC, btw..

Joe Johnson sucks.
I'd much rather have Boozer, although he might slack off if given a long term contract.

What's the going rate for a 2nd or 3rd best player on a championship team? About 10 million a season? That's probably fair for them.

Boozer all the way man. JJ sucks. He's a poor man version of Michael Redd. He's that bad IMO.

They'll both turn your team into a pretender contender (if that), but Boozer, as a person, is a real sack of shit. I'd rather pay JJ.

I agree. Johnson is a legit SG and isn't undersized like Boozer.

IDK, I don't watch the NBA anymore, but I was wayyyyyyyyyyyy into ATL back when they still sucked and I was a big Joe Johnson fan for a long time. Dude never gets hurt (except when he broke his eye orbital with PHO), plays a decent amount of defense and can flat out score... sometimes. I don't watch the Hawks enough anymore to know what the fuck is up, but I used to really like Joe Johnson.

Boozer might be undersized, but he contributes more on the court than Johnson.
Johnson is a low percentage volume shooter with a bad attitude. I also wouldn't want to pay his bitch ass when his best years are behind him.

Did JJ do anything this season to get tagged with the 'bad attitude' label other than make those comments the other day? As far as I know the guy, he just shows up and goes about his business. Has he done anything else other than express hopelessness about 3-0?

Joe Johnson or Carlos Boozer. I'll keep my money.

He ain't signing no where where he aint the number one option.

Then he should stay witht he Hawks for less or maybe not after being booed on the court AT Atlanta.
I read somewhere's he's 17/56 in the series. 30% Shooting FG. Disgusting for a 1st option. Those are NBDL type numbers.

I'm partial to Boozer's myself. There's just know other way to live a full life.
Yeh need hampstead heath to chew so we Cockney eat ale. It really is the way to go; the women here drive a man to it and the only way to live with em around is to be rat arsed orf y'r aris so yeh don't realize just how nasty they are. Such is life, I guess.
But, aye, give me the Boozer. I've got a Johnson of my own.

15.3 FGAs per game is a "volume shooter"? His career FG% is 44.3 and his career 3G% is 37.3. That's low percentage?
As a f'rinstance, Kobe's numbers are 19.3/45.5/34.0

It would be unfair to compare careers, as Johnson started off slow and just started becoming a scorer and go-to-guy, probably in the last 4 years.
I'd rather get Boozer. Joe Johnson is a poor man's poor man's version of Brandon Roy.

Hopefully the Bucks go after Booze...just an inside outside game with Jennings would be awesome. Andrew and Carlos can dominate. If we can get rid of Redd and get Joe Johnson my summer would be awesome.

Boozer, Joe is a decent starting PG, but Boozer is a very good big despite what DoK and Jazz fans say.
