He's strong, athletic, some think he can develop into a more consistent player?

Felton to Knicks is done, according to ESPN. No length of deal discussed, around $7m per year.

Newsday's Knicks beat writer twittered it's 3 years on 7M per, with the 3rd year non-guaranteed.
decent deal for the Knicks. Felton will look good playing for D'Antoni. together with Douglas the Knicks can play a small but super fast back court.

Felton is underrated. I don't know how his lack of shooting will fit in NY, but he is a very solid player. I can't believe Charlotte let him go for such a reasonable price. They were headed in the right direction (making the playoffs...) and now they have a huge hole.
I guess the feel D.J. is good enough?

Felton wasn't restricted. IMO he just wanted to leave. I guess he was out the door when they couldn't find an agreement last summer and he took the QO. it was no longer Bobcats turn to choose to keep him or let him walk.

I know, but if the Bobcats wanted him, they could have easily paid him.
