I just got a notice from my bank that as of June 1 Federal regulation GG will go in effect...basically the banks can now get in trouble with the feds if they do the +/- electronic transactions and they will close your bank account if they catch it.

Anyone want odds on this? I'll give 3 to 1 on a payout.

all you need to know is here and like this page says, just designate one bank for poker/gambling at the worst they can do is give you your money and close your account.

As long as you opt for the paper check in the mail you are fine.

I always get paper check in mail when I cash out money. I do deposit the cash into my poker acct directly from checking though, so hope that is no problem.

This was because of the unlawful internet gambling enforcement act of 2006 that the republicans pushed through by tacking it onto a Port Security bill at the last minute. Obama had nothing to do with it.

PokerStars does all their e-check stuff through a third party so hopefully the banks won't catch onto to that. The banks were against that fucking bill from the beginning since it would mean a lot more work for them but it got pushed through anyways.

It really ruined my income when the government shut down Neteller. Bastards.
