Every President in the last century has made promises about the Middle East that they either failed too or could not deliver....but most Progressive agree with Fisk that Afghanistan is a mess and the U.S. ought to get out....but the U.S. has kicked the hornets nest and getting the bees to settle down once we leave may not be so easy...remember we left Afghanistan once and that led to 9/11...
