First, and what a relief this is, at least the MVP of the NBA was not Manu Ginobili, the San Antonio nuisance. Persistent endorsements for Ginobili keep streaming in, most lately from Argentina, which, in sheer volume, would lead me to believe Ginobili is the greatest thing since the twist tie.

I continue to disagree but take no special delight in noticing that Ginobili got no votes at all, not even for 10th place. I will take that as a personal acquittal.

holy shit this guy sucks

All you do is this.

Ignore it.

and if your hoisting the trophy in june??? That is all that needs to be said.

That is the Spurs's attitude, and that should be your attitude too.

Since Kobe's trial is over, there are no more nuggets of news in Denver.

"greatest thing since the twist tie"

Find a twist tie big enough for your neck and use it, you twisted dickhead.

"personal acquittal"

... not from being guilty of accepting $$$ for the maliciious, fucked up shit you "write".

"no special delight" but it's your "personal acquittal"?? Your confused verbiage doesn't even have internal consistency.

Didnt I see this guy at the lake with Camby and Melo.
Last time I checked Nuggets are no longer in the playoffs.
This is just a lame attempt to keep Denver in the news and
cry about the Spurs rolled them.

I think what he meant is that because he takes no special delight in seeing Ginobili not even get a tenth place vote, he takes that as a personal acquittal for writing all the lowsy shit he writes. LOL

Are you high?

"Pity the Suns when they meet Miami in the NBA Finals. "

Yeah, I guess you are. But hey, how about those Rockies?

Keep up the mediocre to downright unreadable work.

I know my english is not the best, but here is the email I sent to this clown:

Dear Bernie,

What is it with you and Ginobili? I understand you are bitter because he beat the crap out of your lousy team, but still can’t see why you still into the guy so badly. All I can think of is that your desperately in love with Manu, you have pictures of the guy all over your pink room and you touch yourself while watching the tape of Melo knocking him to the ground time after time as some kind of fetish.

I recommend you see a specialist that will help you deal with the problem because it is affecting not only your personal but also your professional life as well (or were you always as dreadful writer as you are now?)

I could tell you how good player Manu is, (remember Olympic gold while your boy Melo was sunbathing in Greece because he couldn’t get any playing time from a REAL COACH) but then again, you are just not helping your case by bashing Ginobili, as he is the guy that sent your team on the fishing trip. Not Duncan, not Parker, not Barry. MANU GINOBILI. So if he is that terrible player, then how about the Nuggets?

Good luck on your own fishing trip.

VV

PS: Sorry, Manu is married, so maybe you should go look somewhere else.

Everyone send this clown an email and tell him about all the wonderful things that Manu did each game.

You mean to tell us that the good folks from Denver are not being truthful with the facts?...We find that hard to believe...

Manu had the qualifications to be MVP. He's the second best player on his own team, which seems to be the pattern.

The Nuggettes and their fans are still angry that Manu didn't sign with them. It's the greatest compliment that they are so bitter about it that they'd rather talk about Manu not getting an award nobody in their right mind thought he was even a candidate for than talk about the Broncos or the Rockies. Hell, they aren't even talking about the Nuggettes, they are talking about a guy who doesn't even start for a team in another town.

Manu ownz them. Sit back, close your eyes and bask in the glow that creates. :)

This guy would be all over Manu's jock if Ginobili were on the Nuggets.

It's really a compliment if you can play an honest game and have the media in an opposing city hating you. It means you must be pretty darn good.

I just realized that this guy thinks that the fact that Ginobili got no MVP votes vindicates him for saying that Manu didn't deserve to be an all-star. Somebody should burst his bubble by pointing out that Carmelo didn't get any votes either, and Manu still outplayed him in the playoffs.

He is pissed because his team was taken out by the Spurs. And they pay him for that crap.

What an idiot. It's hillarious now to read anything he writes because he doesn't know squat about basketball or life for that matter :lol.

He forgot this part:
Manu is still playing his game and going for a championship while Carmella is done and is fishing for his bronze medal (given to him by a beating from the not so good Manu) that he supposedly threw into the lake :lol.

When a guy writes a stupid column six months ago, you'd think people would stop being surprised or outraged by anything he says. I suppose it's the Morton Downey principle: Even if people know you are intentionally trying to goad them, they get upset anyway.

I just couldn't understand the Nuggets fans, writers, players and coaches.
Manu didn't talk crap to the media, he got thrown to the floor and didn't even complain about it and he cuts through your team's defense. Shouldn't this translate to respect rather than hatred?
And why would people keep praising Ray Allen as a nice guy (check ESPN). He badmouths Tim Thomas after he was traded, he badmouthed Glenn Robinson after he was traded, he couldn't get along with George Karl, he complains before, during and after every game, and he has that ugly-ass smirk on this face all the time.
These guys makes no sense to me.

This made me wonder.....I think Manu should be considered for MVP, all that he does, it's really amazing. Just think, if Fisher's bullshit shot wouldnt have gone down, Manu would be chasing his 3rd NBA title in 3 years.

Pretty funny stuff, Athenea.

I still think he was the model for the Trevor character in Tracy Ullman's Tracy Takes On.
