Spursreport's Amente?

The first message board I went to years ago was spursreport. I know there are a lot of folks that float between the two or started over there. I remember there being a poster over there that went by Amente. Anytime the poster suggested a rumor the board held their breadth for details. Anyone know who the poster was or what access he/she had?

There's a thread about SR in general I think where Kori talks about him. He had his credentials revoked years ago. Anything he said wasn't coming directly from the organization. He has inside sources but was far from infallible.
