Surprised not one here yet. Anyways the weather is a Fedtard right now. Scheduling has been biased against Nadal as well. They won't move Doubles in order for Nadal to get his match in today.

Federer can't handle heavy conditions and delays of the match. Soderling is a machine. French Open balls are super lively. Especially on the serve. Nadal has some tough matchups coming his way. He will have to earn RG this year more than any other year imo.

He will get to the semis without facing a real threat, all his main obstacles (Soderling, Berdych, Federer) ended up in the other half of the draw. Djokovic is playing too inconsistent right now to make Rafa work.

No big deal that Fed lost. I think he is better off to lose now than lose to Nadal in the final. Losing the number 1 ranking also not a big deal, at this point it just about a few more GS titles for him. Between Wimbledon and the US Open he has a great chance to win 1 of those 2..

What about the streak of consecutive SF? Besides I would have loved to see Fed facing Nadal in the final knowing that the mokey of not beign able to win RG is finally off his back. Beating Rafa in Paris would probably be Roger's biggest win ever.

What about it? It's his. Good luck to anyone trying to break that one.. Ivan Lendl's streak of 10 was 2nd best ever. That is likely Rogers for all time.. He was not going to beat Nadal in the final. Not when he is playing his best on clay. I don't think Fed has to win everything anymore. He has already proven himself the best of all time. He still may retire with 20 GS titles..

Rafa winning the titles he's supposed to win. Söderling wasn't aggressive enough. If he had been, he even might have won one set.

Still a great achievment by Nadal, of course. :toast

Vamos Rafa. King of Clay. It is the most rewarding to beat Soderling of all players in the finals. We know Nadal owns Federer but people thought Soderling had Nadal's number based on 1 match. lol
