Did you not watch the post game replays where the used the telestrator to CLEARLY show that his foot was at least 2 inches inside the line. How pathetic. You are really reaching with this one.

And look at Harlem getting his hopes all up!! :lmao

Kobe elbowing Mike Bibby in the nose in game 6 of the 2002 WCF is probably the worst call in NBA history. Bibby was called for the foul. Kobe was not suspended for game 7. If it had been a different team, you beat your ass that shit would have been looked at and there would have been a suspension.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, no technology exists to blow up pictures such that you can work with pixels that just aren't there. But from that scan, it looks like his foot is on the line. I am no Suns fan (they did ruin the Spurs' chance at a title) and I am definitely not a Lakers fan so I consider myself pretty objective on this.

HarlemHeat37

Grant Hill CLEARLY grabbed Kobe's jersey before the pass was thrown in. Which should have been a two shot foul.

Lakers just owning that ass despite spotting the West 110 free shots. :lmao :lmao

Any other team in the league, and that shot does not count. Stern just wants the Lakers back in the Finals so badly.

I bet none of your arrogant cocky Laker fans even remember seeing little Kobe elbow the shit out of Bibby's nose in game 6 in the 2002 WCF. A lot of you guys were probably not even fans back then. Back then, Shaq was the daddy and main man on the Lakers. Kobe was Shaq's bitch.

I just looked at the various angles and Kobe's foot was inbounds by several inches. This thread is an Epic fail.

Also, Grant Hill clearly grabs Kobe's jersey right in front of the camera before the ball is inbounded. That's an automatic two shot foul. Frye clearly had a full bearhug on Pau at the time the ball was inbounded, again another obvious foul.

What a joke.

Failure to box out by Richardson gave Artest the uncontested rebound.

I could care less, there's no point in whining about it. I think it's bitch made for Lakerfan to whine after their team won, all I'll say is Kobe's foot had nothing to do with Artest having a put back shot most high schoolers could make.

Even if his foot was out of bounds (which it appears it wasn't), the refs innocently missed a call. There has not been any officiating in favor of any team in this series. The Lakers are up 3-2 because the defensive rebounding issue Phoenix has had all year reared its head at the wrong time. In certain ways the way they lost is a good thing because it's basically a sign from the basketball gods (I don't believe in "basketball gods" but my point is obvious) that Phoenix needs to be doing more to emphasize good defense and rebounding.

I have no idea why you're complaining 21, your team is about to win the series. If the officiating has favored Phoenix, then fine. I could care less since they're gonna lose regardless. I just don't want an off season where dumbfuck Suns homers says, "This team doesn't need any improvements, if the refs called Kobe out of bounds, they'd be NBA champions!"

I'm more disgusted than I am complaining.

Sorry but it was painfully one-sided in the 4th last night. Lakers went up 11 and the whistles just stopped even though they were being hacked to shit inside. The comeback doesn't happen without the shift in officiating.

Let's not fool ourselves. If the Lakers were +50 at the line this series the media would be screaming bloody murder.

In conclusion, Lakers fans feel he was in bounds and Suns fans do not. The later pictures posted seem to show he was in bounds by a visible margin. What this says about one call cannot be said about all calls.

Vertical

That's with a shot clock. If Kome didn't shoot it, the refs could call 3 seconds but he did so Gasol's stay is irrelevant. You would notice when a team overpasses and someone is inside the lane they call 3 seconds but if they shoot, there's no call/violation.
