McHale Has Interest In Bulls’ Coaching Job (http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news?slug=tsn-mchalehasinterestinb)

Celtics great and former Timberwolves general manager and coach Kevin McHale said on Tuesday that he has not even considered the possibility of taking over the Celtics job should Doc Rivers choose to leave—"That’s way down the road," McHale said. But McHale did indicate that he has had some initial conversations with Bulls front office members John Paxson and Gar Forman, and that he would be interested in that vacancy.

"Everybody would like that job," McHale said. "It is a good young team, good players, good base, free agency money, full contract under the cap. A lot of positives. But that is a wait-and-see thing. We have had some primary discussions. I have talked to Gar and Pax. We’ll see where it goes from there."

mchale is one of the few analysts and commetators I enjoy listening to. Doug collins on the other hand...not so much.

I would actually pick Mchale over him for a coaching job though.
