Remember when Bird got all wet draft night when after you guys had snookered the Sonics outta that draft choice and Len Bias was there and then all the laughter died in sorrow?

Sure, it ain't like 131-92, but, seeing that karma cross the MA. state line was still a seminal moment.

LOL Swept by Suns

After giving cumberstomping them for the good part of the decade, I don't mind the sweep. We've denied the Suns two potential championships in 05 and 07. :toast

Still 9-2 and didn't the Celtics beat you eight straight times in the Finals before you got your first series win? Talk about domination

LMAO 9-2

The Celts had a great run in the 60's. Tip of the hat.

It's 2010 now.

LOL at ever being ok with being swept.

How about this for a more recent record...

11 series:

8 wins (34-18 in games)

3-0 in conference finals (12-2 in games)

LMAO 8-3

Apparently you haven't quite grasped the difference between organization and city. The LAKERS have 15 titles. No different than if the Celtics moved to anlther city. The Celtics would still hold 17 titles.

And they are hanging in Staples... deal with it.

Remember ...

MVP chants for Kobe ...

Magic over McHale AND Parish ...

OLd ass Kareem winning finals MVP in '85 ...

True Celts hold the overall edge but since i started watching in 1980 it's

2-2 Tonight the tiebreaker starts for me ...

I appreciate the history of the rivalry but my part in it didnt start until 1980

That's what I was thinking...very superb director and a huge influence on tons of modern-day directors from Shamanalahalalhan to Quentin T.

These aren't the same Lakers. They won the championship last year and looked pretty damn impressive in their closeout games since the Rocket series. Hell they have closed their last 5 series on the road! IF Boston does win this series, it will be much much tougher than 2008.

I hate to be a downer, but your not winning this series.

His team already lost in the second round tbh.
