One can only hope.

I'm guessing either Goran Dragic or Roddy Beaubois, it depends on which one gets a little more playing time. I think it will be one of these two.

Jordan Hill. There have already been reports of him living in the gym, busting his hump with Coach Sikma, Carroll Dawson, and Scola. The word is expect him to make an impact early next season.

Because Suns aren't getting a championship with him. So it would make sence to rebuild. They could get some nice young piece with him. Also Amare's possible sign and trade is out there.

With other words... Suns could have shitloads of young talent (+Dragic,Dudley and Lopez) if they play it right.
