FWIW, the "cartoon" men and the woman with a "wig and overdone 50s make-up" aren't cartoons or a Spurstalk poster playing dress-up. The image in question is a shopped up version of the Edward Hopper painting "Nighthawks," and those figures are part of the original painting.
