It should be the same as the rest of the playoffs series IMO. 2-2-1-1-1

A best four out of seven series shouldn't have 3 of the first five in the road teams building. Sure there's the game 6 & seven factor but it puts a ton of pressure on the home team to get the first two.
Does anybody care about this?

Eh, I think it probably makes for better basketball. Less lag time for teams. I think it also adds more dramatic tension.

I thought so too. But everybody here busted my balls for it. I thought they should just leave it the same. I get the whole less traveling thing, but it puts too much pressure on the away team imo. Even though Detroit came AWFULLY close to winning all 3 against us in 05.

I have always loved the 2-3-2. It's a huge reward to have games 6 & 7 at home when your team busts ass for the best record.

I think it should be the same for each playoff round ...

Either way doesnt matter ...if you are good enough you win regardless ...
