If Rondo had a mid range shot he would make life easier for everyone on his team. It was sad seeing him left alone from 15 ft. and out all night. He has to at least take three or four of those open shots to keep Kobe honest on D.

He actually played Gasol pretty good early on in the 4th so the C's didn't have to double. They needed to double when Davis was playing Gasol.

Kobe did play a solid game in some ways, but in other ways he was horrible. All those shots he chucked up and missed in the second half he didn't make the effort he should have to get the ball to his big guys.

If Fisher didn't step up this game could have ended up on the list behind his 2004 and 2008 finals type of games.

Neither team should be proud of their efforts tonight. I know that a win is a win but this game was a shitty game. The Celtics let Derek Fisher beat them. That's sad and pathetic. However, you could say the same about the Lakers. Ray Allen played like shit and the Lakers still couldn't put the Celtics away in the 4th until the last 30 seconds of the quarter.
