I need to get the Momma Cat spayed and get her shots since I'm keeping her (as no one else has spoken up about wanting her). Can anyone recommend a good vet that doesn't charge insane amounts of money since I am a student and consequently I is po'. Any leads would be appreciated.

Can you get your pussy fixed at the Humane Society?

There's an animal hospital over on Basse @ Blanco that is reasonable...don't recall the name (Affordable Pet Care maybe?)...

you might start here first...I'm pretty good (and cheap) on bull calves but don't have any experience on female cats...:lol

there was a big ad in today's paper about some "mega spay and neuter event" this weekend I think sponsored by the Humane Society. I tossed the paper though. you might want to get a copy.

I read about that, but you have to get there super early in the morning, and I have a morning appointment to sign a new apartment lease that I'm happy about far away from the present POS.\
Thanks for the suggestions, everyone, I'll start making calls.
