He basically says that it was an incredible game, and that they won cuz of their effort and "cojones" (balls). Then he says that they deserved that, their fans deserved that, and then he dedicates the win to his family, wife and everyone.

The commentators also said that he won the regular season mvp and the finals mvp, which only one player, Arvydas Sabonis, accomplished that.

Yeah everthing that Walter went through it is nice to see him so happy..I always wanted him to team up with Manu I thought that would have been a nice combination.

That must suck for the losing team to stand off to the side & have to watch the whole celebration.

As reported earlier this week, San Antonio Spurs' 2007 draft pick, Tiago Splitter, was offered a contract by his current team, Saski Baskonia, which would last until 2015.

With all signs pointing to Splitter finally making the move to the NBA and the Spurs, he recently said this about the contract offer from Saski Baskonia and playing in the NBA:

“I am thankful, but my intention is to play in the NBA. For the time being, I want to wait and see what happens, but I'm thinking about playing in the NBA. I've made it clear that it wasn't a financial issue, but one of career goals. I think it's a good time for me to make the jump. It's something I always wanted to do. I'm not the first and I won't be the last.”

Looks like the wait for Splitter might be over for Spurs fans who have been waiting patiently for another quality big man to play along side Tim Duncan
