How many minutes would Manute have gotten as a Spur?

Cat averaged 3.3 blocks in 18.7 minutes. Obviously that was his strength and he had weaknesses, but for such a defensive minded team, how much would Pop have played him?

Prime/Rookie, not sure there's a difference but whatever is ideal, certainly not 47.
