While both are good teams neither one of them has done what the Houston Rockets have done and that is to win back to back titles :elephant

mavs need to worry about other things before worrying about repeating.

Seriously,

if Jordan wouldn't have retired, he would have made that entire Rockets team his bitch back when the Rockets repeated. Just sucks that that's only true in an alternate universe. But its true to a point.

It would be nice if there was an auto-ban feature for lame troll attempts.

If it wasn't for Jordan taking a break, you would have no championships to talk about.

But the true definition of dominance is the ability to repeat and the only team in the state of Texas that has done so is teh Houston Rockets!

Rocket teams routinely beat the Bulls during the regular season. I think it was like around 10-2 in favor of the Rockets during the regular season.

Of course, true champions like the Bulls are different beasts during the post season.

Hakeem was beast mode for those 2 years of titles, the Bulls would of probably won but Houston could have beaten them.

You'll get no argument from me there, your team has done something the Spurs have not done. Still: The Rockets would probably have not won any of those titles if The Bulls would have been able to persuade Jordan to stay.

When was the last time Rockets won a championship? They didn't even make the damn playoffs this year lol. Two of their 3 top players have been injury prone their whole fucking career. (martin and yao)

Clearly, Chubby Love is not going to spend 50% of his time on Spurstalk.com so he doesn't care. Death to all Mavs fans that think Lebron is coming to Dallas.

Newsflash! Chicago made a move today to get enough room in the cap to get Lebron James, and another top free-agent. The Mavs don't have the money or the resources to keep both Lebron, and Dirk. Even though...everyone is going nuts for Lebron, everyone is forgetting Dirk. All I can hope for now is Dirk leaves Dallas, and The Mavs will be a lottery team.

You dumbass, you obviously don't know about the DUST chip and bird rights.
That's if you can get rid of Dampier at this moment or starting in July because nothing is being done about it, and one thing about the "Bird Rights" You're going to have to pay Dirk, and Lebron 20+ Million each, and the rest of the team is still going to have to get paid. The Mavs can't do it, unless Lebron agrees to a one year deal to see him not get to a championship, again. Save the wet dreams for another team that's got a chance to win a championship with Lebron. :ihit
