little help,I haven't watched the show almost at all. Maybe like 4 or 5 times total a long time ago.
Anyone know what episode n season where:

It's a courtroom and the judge tries to make a judgement but freezes doing so. Then the people start saying "turn him off and back and on again" and "clean the mouse" and things of that nature.
It was just so funny. Anyone helps would have my thanks :)
