The Clippers are still without a head coach, but that could change very soon.
Los Angeles president Andy Roeser says the team wants to have a coach in place by the start of free agency on July 1.
"By the time we get into free agency (which begins next Thursday), we should have that situation resolved," Roeser said. "We've narrowed it to a short list (of candidates) and we will be having more discussions about it shortly."
Dwane Casey, Mike Woodson and Vinny Del Negro are believed to be the top candidates.

pretty crappy choices. i guess del negro is the less crappy choice. maybe he will have enough balls to stand up to sterling.

Getting a coach is a step in the right direction

Once they that part right, they should try to get a team

Del Negro is a great fit for that team, quality young coach with experience who coached Rose in Chicago and did a pretty good job in his 2 year tenure as Bulls head coach, they made the playoffs 2 years straight. Del Negro seems like the less risky choice if you ask me.
