Best team in the league? Someone explain how the NBA determines its champion each year to this guy.

Culture that's in place? You mean the one established by the GM and coach that were just let go? How's the search for a new coach going, btw?

He is right though the Cavs still can offer the most money. That is still a strong selling point. Plus an owner willing to do anything to win.
