Enjoy. Classy letter, perhaps to save face, but still. It was an impressive job to have salvaged the franchise from the JailBlazer era.

I wonder if Pritch had anything to do with that Horman kid's disappearance and that's the reason he's out. Not the fact that he's never won anything more than a toaster.

The guy wants another NBA team to hire him as a GM or team president some day. He's not going to say that firing him hours before the draft was a classless, petty move by Allen or that Miller doesn't know the first thing about running a pro basketball team. He'll collect Allen's paychecks for a year while his agent finds him a nice place to land.

Likewise.

Ever since you vowed never to come back if you got banned and then came back anyway, you've been much more amusing.

Come to Houston, become Morey's assistant. Pritch is pretty damn good at drafting/trading/scamming, much like Morey. He just have ego problems.

Not now, but you were when first came back which clearly broke your vow.

Quibbling doesn't suit you, Cubby.

Now Mel, you don't pay him once cent of sympathy, nor let a fool fight tooth and nail when you know he is wrong. You stick to your guns, and let him know they are cocked back and ready to fire if he ever rises up against you. Send him to the grave, my friend, the grave that reads yer an 0'fer on this board and we hardly knew ye.

I'm one gunslinger you don't want to cross, youngster. I play for keeps and you've got farmers hands.

Go back to breaking promises, but know this; The guns on this board are cocked back and ready to fire if you ever step out of line. That is the law around here 0'fer.

Yet I see you minding your p's & q's since Mel and I came to town. And there is that big empty space under your name on my accord.

Do I need to post links with timelines? People still trample all over that grassy field. I was never one to get in on the pedo act, but everyone has free reign on you. As evidenced by the accusations still being hurled at you. You are t'd up and t'd off.

A course I am. Cubby never brazens it out, or travels incognito.

I'm a trend setter.

Most likely another agenda going on with that letter, but it's still a nice gesture.

Actually seemed pretty genuine too. Pretentious or not, good for Pritchard.

Just thank Christ Mitch wasn't compelled by empirical events to have occasion to put pen to paper in such a manner at this time in history.

Can ya imagine the hue, the cry?

Think of tree of woe, palm style, Wilshire Division, or Georgia Street Juvenile.

Haha I like how he points out the last deal he did by naming all of those players by name. Pretty good way of saying how much he did for the Blazers. :tu

League has too many teams. Overstock of players who don't belong on the court. It also affects the overpricing of players. too many teams have to overpay players in order to keep their franchise afloat, increasing the standard of pay for 2nd or 3rd tier players.

Really? That was a ridiculous letter imo.
