I have Holland beating Brazil in my pre-tournament picks but I have to admit that Brazil is looking stronger than I thougt and Holland less impresive than I thought. I will give the nod to Brazil in a close one.

Well, of course im rooting for Netherlands, homerism and you for Brazil. I think we have a chance to beat Brazil, it will be tough, very tough.

As for the rest, Ghana and Paraguay. I dont want to pick the team which is most obvious and expected to win. Im looking at upsets here. One thing Ive learned with brackets and predictions is that you should have some upsets and not go blind on the ones who are obvious and expected to win. Uruguay is better and Spain is better obviously. But I think Ghana will/can upset and Paraguay maybe too, plus given Spain's history at world cups, I think they will fall, as usual. That doesn't mean I think Ghana and Paraguay are better teams.

As for Argentina, that's obvious. I think they are better than Germany and I have them in the finals with Netherlands.

I really doubt that uru loses that game. They are MUCH more experienced. MUCH MORE. And the pressure will be on ghana from all the african continent.
Add to that the mistakes the ghanian made vs us when playing under pressure and come to the conclusion that it would be stunning to not see uru in the semis.
