gah the first one was so bad. i fell asleep through it and the only "scary" part at the end was retarded. worst movie ever.

i watched it in the middle of the country in a 150 year old farmhouse. it was so stupid. it reminded me of a boring ghosthunters episode.

So... Has nothing to do with this new flim, but I have a Native American student who used his informative speech to introduce skinwalkers (the evil-spirited shapeshifters your never supposed to tell people about) to the class. Ever since, this kid has become violently ill, needing to spend a weekend in the ER after vomiting blood (actually confirmed via Dr's note), and, according to him and his roommate, has suffered mysterious scratches on himself while sleeping. Some students are convinced he's possessed. Creepy.

I watched it the first time at night ... scared the bejezzus out of me.

Watched it again during the day ... same result.

That's what I thought. The only moderately creepy part was the clips of the first one.

Enjoyed the first, and will probably check the 2nd one out as well, but I also liked the Blair witch project back in the day.
