Lohan sentenced to 90 days in jail

Lindsay to face triple threat: Judge, possible jail time, and Dad
LiLo makes assistant deal with cops - while she parties
Lindsay Lohan's long-awaited court hearing Tuesday afternoon was a nail-biter – literally.
In a last-ditch effort to convince the court she has changed for the better, the troubled starlet arrived at her probation hearing wearing a black top, black pants and multicolored nails, with one in particular delivering a crude message to the law.
While the actress showed off the full range of her acting abilities in the courtroom – anger, frustration, boredom – her fingernail told a different story. In legible writing, LiLo's middle finger was emblazoned with the words, "F--- U."
Still, the three-time rehab alum made a weepy plea to L.A. Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel, saying, "I'm not taking this as a joke. It's my life, and it's my career, and it's something I have worked for my entire life.
"I don't want you to think I don't respect you and your terms."
Receiving no sympathy from Revel, the sobbing "Mean Girls" actress was sentenced to three consecutive 30-day sentences - three times what prosecutors were seeking – for violating her probation on a pair of 2007 DUI busts. Following her jail time, Lohan must complete 90 days in a drug- and alcohol-rehab facility.
"She comes and goes as she pleases. There's been a history of that. No excuses," said Revel. "It's like somebody who cheats doesn't think they're cheating until they get caught."
Lohan, 23, is headed for Los Angeles County's Century Regional Detention Facility, an all-female jail that was a temporary home to inmates Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. She was ordered to surrender to the court on the morning of July 20.

Personally I blame her parents.
