James - 14 million
Bosh - 14 million
Wade - 14.5 million
Chalmers - 854,389
That's under 44 million worth of salary with the cap at 58 million.

Mike Miller deal to be closed next week. Haslem deal getting closer. And big three all took six-year packages.

I'd erase Fisher off that list.
I do not believe he will leave LA. He's just using Miami as leverage to get Buss to stop trying to give him a drastic pay cut.
The Lakers are the 2-time defending champions, in a city where he is LOVED, where he won 5 championships already and was a famous part of those laker teams...
he's not going anywhere.

I like Haslem as a backup for them but they really need a C more than anything else. Lebron and Wade are undoubtedly gonna play better D since neither one will have a huge load to carry on offense, but if Miami wants to be an elite defensive team they're gonna need a front court that anchors the D like Perkins/KG or Bynum/Gasol.

See here's what needs to happen if any other team wants a chance. A team from the East other than Miami or a team like LA must beat the Heat.
Then the NBA needs a lockout so they can prevent this sort of craziness from happening again. I mean even though they took pay cuts they were still close to max deals. How the hell do they have 14 million left???

Well from what I hear, LeBron and Chris Paul are buttbuddies so my guess is CP3 goes.

It is not true.
They have 8.3 M to spend after trading away Beasley and with Bron/Wade/Bosh/Chalmers under contract.

You're forgetting about cap holds for open roster spots under 11 (each is about $473k). The Heat end up with something near $11M in capspace, which drops to $6M (or $6.5M if split between two players) after Miller's deal is factored in.
