I like Haslem as a backup for them but they really need a C more than anything else. You're forgetting about cap holds for open roster spots under 11 (each is about $473k). The Heat end up with something near $11M in capspace, which drops to $6M (or $6.5M if split between two players) after Miller's deal is factored in.
