It will be interesting to see how Chip has reworked Blair's shot. If what he says is true, we are going to see a lot of it.

Blair's play away from the bakset is the most important development of the SL.

FYI, we'll be in Vegas for the entire stretch of games. Look for more videos, maybe a live chat, mailbag, summer league notebook and stay connected to twitter.com/spurs and facebook.com/spurs we'll be quite active.

It's always good to see these guys.

I like Bud.

Blair is still kinda shy.

Gee looks as if he's about to cry.

nice observation. he talked about shaping his weight ("getting my body down") and getting quicker. Sounds like he is working hard at getting better on defense. If he chisels that frame things could get downright nasty

spursdotcom, can you get an interview with James Gist?

Interesting that Blair mentioned he was working with Carlos Daniel, along with Chip Engelland and Chad Forcier. I didn't realize he was a part of the Spurs staff. He was a very good rebounder in college, back in the day. I wonder if he is interning in player dev.(?).

Blair's development is key to the "window" discussion, so it'll be interesting to see just how much he's improved from last season to this one on his perimeter shooting and defense.

I hope Blair has worked on his 3 point shot since apparently he will have to compete with Bonner for minutes.

Yea, he showed some real potential, albeit with the wizards, last season. I hope he sticks.

I agree. All have good hands and are good passers. I was amazed at how Blair was able to handle Manu's tricky passes so well and their ability to play off of each other.

Now if Blair can just develop more of an outside game suitable for his height...
