This is not last year even though there are some similarities. I know many of you are likely having that thought come up in your head.

We are meeting up with the team that we picked up a free agent from in the same round. Both those free agents were important to their teams. That is right, I am talking about last year with Horry and this year with Barry. The second round has even started very similarly to last year with us winning the first 2 and then the opponent winning the next 2. The main difference is that unlike last year, we will not loss 4 straight or in my honest opinion even loose more than 2. We will win this series in 6 if the Spurs start trusting in themselves again. I foresee a win in game 5 regardless due to playing at home. I could see a loss in game 6 if the Spurs continue to play the way they have on the Sonics floor, but I definitely do not see them losing game 7.

Bowen has been hesitant in putting up the ball, instead he elects to pump fake and drive, even when it is not advisable. You have Barry struggling against his former team and passing up open looks half of the time. You have Robinson doing I am not sure what, but I would say he is disrupting the flow of the offense on occasion by deciding he needs to shoot regardless.

I believe Pop needs to have some faith in Brown and bring him into the rotation because this is a team that he can excel against and he showed flashes of it last night in the fourth quarter. I think Pop also seemingly gave up on the game much too early in the fourth by sitting Duncan for the rest of the game.

The Spurs just need to look themselves in the mirror and see the Spurs again instead of seeing themselves (IE Parker seeing Parker instead of the team, etc.). They need to remember how they played in the regular season and get back to playing their brand of basketball. I think we will see the Spurs team we have seen roll up 59 wins this season tomorrow night instead of the one that lost 23. The Spurs are their own worst enemies in their lack of free throw shooting and stupid careless mistakes, two of the prime reasons for the last to games respectively.
