The 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup will be the 11th edition of the CONCACAF Gold Cup competition and 21st CONCACAF regional championship overall. The winner of the tournament will qualify for the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup in Brazil. A host nation for the Gold Cup has not yet been announced.

An announcement is suppose to be made this month. I think its only Fair Mexico Host this edition,USA hosted and Won in 2005(Qualification to Confederation Cup). Either way USA needs to win cause Im tired of Sporting my '05 as this was the last meaningful tourney we won.

When they tried to hire Klinsman as the Nat team coach 4 years ago he declined because of that. I do know the head of US soccer has just said we won't be going to the Copa America but I'm not sure if it was just for this year or for the foreseeable future.
