Garrett Temple is here too. Said he "rolled" his ankle. Isn't sure when he'll be back, but won't be this week. #spurs 9 minutes ago via API

I can't believe these fragile guys. One SL game and half the team hurts themselves.

I looked at the video again on the TV news/sports and it looked like as he was curling off a baseline screen, he was being pushed out by his defender and Garrett hit a slick spot in the floor. His right foot slipped on his turn and on his next step, he rolled his left ankle.

Just in time for the rest of the offseason.

Maybe theyre playing the safe card again.. I think they should just let him play if healthy though.

Eh, he already made the team IMO. The bad part is that the only decent point guard on the team is now Squeaky Johnson. The offense is going to be pretty sloppy the rest of the week.

Most likely the reason he is out if because he has earned the spot unless someone else plays the point like Chris Paul. I don't think Pop wants him to play until he heals and is already holding him in favorable regards in the backup point and wing roles

Pop mentioned that he thought it would be a couple of days and was optimistic that Temple would be back to action quickly. Pop had a lot of good things to say about him. I guess he'll have to wait for training camp to see how he's improved.

That's too bad. I wanted Temple running as much of the offense as he could between now and the season opener.

Damn that sucks. I was hoping that he would be able to keep running the show for a bit and see if he could cut down his turnovers. Oh well, guess we will have to wait until preseason to see if he has or not.

I mainly paid for Summer League to watch Hairston, Temple, Blair, and Gist. So far, three of those four are now MIA, and Gist already had a scare. I hope Blair gets some time, but not if its a threat to his knee.

Hard to get too up about the Toros Lite.

Keeping an eye on Neal wouldn't be a bad idea. Dude shot was looking pure yesterday.
