The Sonics are just a turd on the road to our third championship. We will beat them and get on with our next rival (Mavs/Suns).

First of all, because we have TD, the best player in the game.

Second, becuase we have TP, who can torch anyone when he sets his mind to it.

And last, but not least, we have Manu, a proven champ (remember Europe, Athens).

Now that we are in the subject of Manu, shouldn't he be shooting more from 3-pt land? He's 6-11 (54.5%) in this series and 16-33 (48.5%) in the playoffs.

If he starts hitting threes, the sonics will guard him in a way which will make it easier for him to penetrate.

Just a thought.

Game 4 was the only game that the Sonics deserved to win and played better than the Spurs. They played it like a must-win game. If the Spurs could shoot free throws----that's another topic.

I'm not.

On the other hand, you should be worried about making the playoffs in the next five years.

Lakers could win the lottery.....would that count for something?
