I wonder whose are, at this moment, teams that could make to RJ a better offer than the Spurs...
I know the Clippers have cap space and I don't rememeber other teams Maybe Sacramento), but for the rest ? there are still teams with big trade exceptions?
Of those two only the Clippers could be interested (Aminu needs time and they do not have another starting sf at the moment) while Sacramento has already casspi and Donte Greene...

These I think are the only options for R.J. (and could be good for spurs via sign and trade), 'cause I don't buy R.J. is gonna take the MLE from another team (in this case Spurs could easily make a similar offer).

Teams with more than an MLE's worth of capspace:
Nets
Kings
Clippers
Twolves
Bulls
Wizards
Thunder

Teams with a TE bigger than the MLE:
Cavs
Suns
Raptors
Jazz

Jazz used there trade exception on AL Jefferson didn't they?

And I thought the suns used up their trade exception by signing Childress, and others?

And im pretty sure certain teams such as the bulls, thunder, and wizards are not even considering RJeff.

Jazz have another TE that they got by dumping Matt Harpring last year. The Suns have some of their Amare TE leftover.

And I agree that not too many teams on that list are going to be interested in RJ.

Most of the teams with MLE+ capspace seem to be rebuilding -- RJ probably wouldn't fit their plans.

Hopefully, the Spurs can re-sign RJ at a bargain.

Teams with more than an MLE's worth of capspace:
Nets difficult- after losing in free agency they are in re-bulding mode
Kings " " - re-building and with two young sf (Casspi - Greene)
Clippers possible (team not so young and Aminu is too young to start)
Twolves difficult (too many young sf - 4th draft choce + Brewer, Webster)
Bulls "" "" (read Deng...However Rose could be RJ ideal play maker)
Wizards possible (no Deng and Wall looks similar to Rose so imho god for RJ)
Thunder possible (they are young but RJ could fit their playing style)

Teams with a TE bigger than the MLE:
Cavs possible (after losing LBJ they must decide : if is win now RJ is O.K.)
Suns difficult (fits their playing style...but they have lots of sf)
Raptors difficult (see above)
Jazz probably impossible (they spent the TE on Jefferson).

Looks that, after all, RJ could have a decent market on paper, so his decision to wait and see could be understandable...however, given his season, I see difficult some team offers him more than a MLE contract...

Looking at these teams for giving us something in return, if we're still searching a Bowen like type the best option could be a sign and trade with Phoenix for ....
