Also the lady emt with him at the time was supposedly his girlfriend, so it's karma on both I guess.

Sucks for this guy but in all honesty if I were the family of the lady and child he didn't help then I would happy hearing the news.

When you are a servant of the people, you are always on duty.

God rest his soul and the souls of that pregnant woman and her unborn child...

Tragedy all around...

Ok, so seriously, what did they do wrong? Were they on break and walked out of the coffee shop and hopped into their ambulance? Or were they off duty. You know if you chose to help someone and they didn't ask for help and they die, the helper can be held accountable and can have their asses sued by distraught family members.

They were Emergency Medical Technicians that let a pregnant woman having a seizure die as they walked out of a doughnut shop. There may be more that we do not know, but they were under criminal investigation so there must be some substance to it.

And the article specifies they were on a coffee break, so if that is true, then they were on duty. And if they were on duty, they were most likely in uniform which makes this all the more appalling.

Add that to the fact that this man was obviously hanging around the wrong people which led to him getting shot in the face...so he was obviously not a good decision maker.

You saw the last episode of Seinfeld didn't you? The Good Samaritan law was a bit over the top, but in this case this was these peoples jobs!

Rashofan, we need your opinion on this!
