If star players in the NBA can now demand where they will play, how long before HS and semi-college students do the same. Forget the draft. Forget free agency. The truth is that in 30 years only 6 teams have won championships and half of them have been called Celtics or Lakers. Why pay for a losing ticket?
Give every franchise a shot by going to a single elimination system like the NCAA. Soccer is the same way. One game- name a champion.

Can you imagine all the bitching if Joey Crawford was officiating a Spurs game in a single-game elimination system? Yikes. Imo there definitely needs to be some changes though, the parity is ridiculous.

There'll probably be a lot of shit that'll change (hard cap?) in the upcoming CBA since not only are a lot of teams losing money but they're losing their stars and overall value but I don't see the playoffs format being one of them.

In my mind each team would have a rejection list of officials. Like in court.
In addition, the NBA championship would be played at a neutral site.
One game for all the marbles!!!

it's something you put inside a cannon to be used as a projectile... something other than an actual cannonball.

another usage is pretty funny.

it's something for cannons to shoot at... like decoys. synonymous to arrow bait :lol which is what the OP is referring to in this thread.

1) Lakers
2) Celtics
3) Spurs
4) Heat
5) Pistons
6) Bulls
7) Rockets

How did seven turn into six all of a sudden?
