Veteran free agent center Shaquille Oneal has been lobbying the Boston Celtics aggressively, still trying to convince them that his addition would help their quest win another NBA Championship.

Is he trying to play for every nba team before he retires?

And on his way out he pretty much burned every bridge ......

Magic - fought with Penny

Lakers - fought with Kobe; called Doc Buss an MF

Heat - fought with Wade towards the end of his stay

Suns - stole Nash's television show idea

Cavaliers - basically called Mike Brown an idiot (sorta true)

Celtics ?????

Is there any other dominant Hall of Famer that has played for this many teams ???

I had so much respect for Shaq until he started jumping from ship to ship in pursuit of a champion.

sons he has tarnished his legacy so much. he should have never left Miami. Shaq basically needs to get some neon lights to wear so that he will look more like the walking whore house he has become.

Why the heck isn't he jumping for the Heat?

Exactly, I am guessing there are perhaps personal issues with him there. Bosh probably doesn't like him, Wade's dislike towards Shaq and James just played with him and who knows if he likes Shaq or not. Out of all places for Shaq, Miami needs him the most on paper but they might be not interested as they all want to be on the same page to try and win a championship and not want any locker room issues Shaq may bring back there.

I wonder if it had anything to do with calling Bosh the Rupaul of bigmen, Not so funny now Shaq:lol

The motherfucker averaged like 35 and 15 on 60% shooting over the course of winning three consecutive Finals MVP awards in that threepeat. Unless he drops his pants and shits on center court at Staples, his jersey is going up in those rafters. Even then it still should.

No it's not. Shaq is the anti-christ in LA. Why do you think he's kissing Boston's ass. He's desperate. Shaq might be the only HOF'er with a jersey not retired.

If the Miami heat can retire Marino and Jordan's jersey then Shaq is probably next on their list. :lol

Moses Malone--20.6 ppg, 12.2 rpg, 1.4 apg, and 1.33 bpg for the Buffalo Braves, Houston Rockets, Philadelphia 76ers, Washington Bullets, Atlanta Hawks, Milwaukee Bucks, and San Antonio Spurs. That's 7 teams in 20 years.

I don't remember who it was against but it was like a 70ft three to win the game. He ended his career with a buzzer beater.

At least Malone didn't burn any bridges along the way like this fool.

It was December 27th, 1994, for the Spurs against the Hornets. I can't remember if the shot was at the end of the first or the third quarter though.

You don't understand... He plays for Boston his hopes for jersey retirement in LA is over. Maybe he can ask Boston to retire his jersey number. They retire every number imaginable there

:lol The Lakers-Celtics rivalry is so overrated..

If the Lakers don't retire Shaq's number, they are a disgraceful organization..he was their best player for 3 straight titles, that should be automatic..

Shaq has a better shot at becoming and actor and doing cheesie movies than he does of winning another ring.

Shaq should retire. It's time. He doesn't want to go out as a guy who plays 10 minutes a game and scores 4 PPG.

Shaq set the precedent for both when he demanded to be shipped to Miami, IMO.
