Pop and RC's plan for Championship #5 for the 2010-2011 NBA season is working to perfection. Get rid of the old and worthless and sign athletic basketball players who will smash the Eastern squads to smithereans. Now if we can just get that Time Machine to work again we can insert Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson and David Robinson and do one of them 82-0 and 16-0 Thingy's!!! :ihit

Good. At least he went to the East so he can only wreak his terrible revenge on the Spurs twice next season.

Honestly I wasn't really worried about the possibility of him staying until you brought it up. I hope he does well there, but I'm glad we get to see more of the younger guys now (Anderson, Neal, Temple).

Hey, the guy was serviceable as a Spur, worked pretty hard and played decent defense. Seemed like a good guy too. I wish him well.

This.
He started off pretty darn nice, played solid D and surprised many of us with his ability to take it to the rim and finish there. But after a couple of months, his D was becoming worse and worse; he was too slow and committed too many stupid fouls. Plus he had too many games where he just wasn't a factor whatsoever offensively.

Good for Bogans for fleecing a team with a multiyear deal. Although vet min I would think. He'll have another hardass no fun coach to play for, but they'll make the playoffs, etc so good for him. I have a high opinion of him but not as a good bball player.

This experiment of trying to find the next Bowen has been a huge disaster. I think it goes to show how great he really was. Maybe the best one on one defender in the NBA in the last decade. Maybe ever. He had as much to do with the Spurs success as TP or Manu.

Funny how being on Spurs roster for just one year, when he had been on the fringe of being done for his career before hooking up w Spurs at the end of last summer, just got Bogans an additional 2 years of $. That says something about the Spurs reputation in the league, I think.
That one wide open layup that he missed in Dallas was the last chance Keith had I guess

DPG21920:Manu is just a winner. I mean every reaction in his body is just naturally a winning move.
This is a nice quote. Props to DPG21920
