This guy from NBA.com makes the case that the Bulls and Bucks will be rivals this season. Anyone think that Milwaukee and Chicago is a budding rivalry? They should be the best two teams in the Central Division. Brandon Jennings and Derrick Rose as a matchup, Andrew Bogut versus Carlos Boozer.

Your thoughts???

Not a rivalry until one of them knocks each other out in the playoffs... takes a couple of years actually to develop a rivalry. Perhaps in the future a rivalry will ensue.

Both teams are full of young and exciting talent and each should be 50+ win teams in the coming years, so yeah...I could see a budding rivalry

The ingredients should be there for a rivalry, very close to one another and from what I understand Milwaukee (the city) has something of an inferiority complex to Chicago. Could brew to be something like the Lakers/Kings rivalry with 300 fewer miles of interstate separating them.

Lets hope so. Unless Rose decides he wants to join the Bucks in a few years.
