Pakistan is going to side with whoever looks like the winner in Afghanistan. That is not currently us. Plucking Pakistanis from the water isn't going to change either of those things.

Secular and moderate Muslim Pakistanis are already on our sides. We're not going to be able to change the minds of people who are already enlisted with the Taliban. And we're already working with them, and sending them tons of aid of all kinds.
