Sons this shouldn't be considered news at all. I have been preaching this for a month now. Paul and the new ownership have been campaigning for Melo and he wants to play with Paul. Trust me Melo will be taking his talents to the Big Easy.

Only way CP3 and Melo wind up playing together is if they both pull some douchebag move and join Stoudamire up in New York.

Melo is a beast offensively ...people forget he and Kobe were playing the best ball in the league pre-all-star break. After the break, Lebron, Durant and Amare got hot and Melo and Kobe cooled off.
Personally I dont care if he teams up with Paul or amare ...Lebron wrote the blueprint ...so if others follow can't blame them.
I just want to squeeze a few more titles out of this Lakers team as Kobe hits the downside of his prime ...5 titles isn't bad but when you have a player of his caliber ...you need get as many as possible.

I read the thread upstairs i know more than anything spur fans have been feeling the way i do the past 3 years, they just want at least one more title while they have their greatest player (well for Lakers maybe 2nd greatest player)

Melo's got the talent but he's mentally weak and melts down too much for me to be a fan. Would be fun to watch playing for Mike D'Antoni though.

Also seems pretty shitty to have this going on when Karl's returning from battling cancer but business is business.
