I'm still wondering if we're going to see the Spurs with those black-on-black jerseys.

I've now seen Utah, LA (Clippers), Cleveland and Minnesota with new jerseys.

The fact that a team in Utah is called "Jazz" is just an insult to that music. They should have changed their name when they move to Salt Lake City. What a joke.

honestly.. call me blind but.. i don't see much difference between that jersey and the jersey john stockton is wearing in the OP's avatar..

i hate when teams remodel their jersey by adding liek 1 or 2 lines to it.. it's like.. ok whats the point?

Team names can't all be as fitting as the "Lakers." :hat

oh, i never thought they did. the design was boring but i liked their colors. i thought the new red and blue sixers jerseys were a real copout and i'd vote them the worst

Yeah, I hate this too . . . now that there is a team in NOLA again, they should go back to being the Jazz, Utah can be the Grizzlies, and Memphis can be the Hornets . . . I mean I'm sure there are bears in Utah and wasps in Tennessee, right?

Oh, and those jerseys are throwbacks. They ain't new.

I've thought for a while that New Orleans and Utah should trade nicknames.

I've heard Sacramento's got a new alternate jersey and it looks like Dallas and Houston both have some new duds:

I'm expecting to see that black-on-black Spurs jersey, but it might just be wishful thinking.

Nah, that's the same. I was referring to the jersey that Tim was wearing or had photoshopped on him in that Adidas ad.

All the players were in their real, and in some cases, new jerseys.

You might be right. It looked to me that it was just bunched up from the way he was holding the ball but it does look to be a V-neck at second glance -- which would fall in line with the Spurs' m.o. (i.e., minimal change, like the lettering and numbers' outline and the changed waistband that no one sees in '03.)

Contrary to Jim Rome and other noted douchebags, there's nothing wrong with the word "retard." You can retard your cars timing, your growth and a whole host of other things. You can even say something is "retarded," at least I don't have a problem with it.

Just don't go around calling special needs kids and people it. If people would just follow a similar guideline -- in regards to a lot of words -- we'd all be much better off -- people feigning disgust or butthurt to display their moral compasses is boring.

I bet they don't significantly change up the Spurs jersey until after the Duncan era is over (if ever).

It looks like the Cavs are more understated this year with a deeper wine color...more like their original wine color.

Call me a tool, but I noticed the subtle uniform change for SA in '03 right off the bat. I'll have to warm up to the v-neck, but it's not a bad look by any means.

As for the Jazz, I for one am getting sick of teams "updating" by going with the exact same look (with minor changes) that they had before. Just defeats the purpose, IMO (although they'll win points from the nostalgia crowd). That goes for Philly and Golden State, too.

Those suck serious ass, but are still infinitely better than the LeBron jerseys of failure.
