I'm having a problem, where can I send my complaint?..

According to Laker fans on SpursTalk, particularly Gobbler, I supposedly had a direct impact on the Spurs winning 4 titles..my presence as a fan had a huge part in their title winnings, I even attended 2 of the Finals' games in '99, so I clearly had a massive contibution..

The problem I have is that despite winning the title, I never got to touch my Larry O'Brien trophy, I never received my fucking rings, and I never got to celebrate with my teammates Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker, in fact, I've never even met any of them..

Who do I complain to?..Stern?..Mr. Holt?..how can I get what I deserve?..I worked so hard for those titles!!!..

Then I guess you root for a shitty franchise. The Lakers hand out hundreds of rings to their most faithful and prominent fans. I have touched every one of their 10 trophies under the Buss reign. I've met every Laker player and been in the locker room hundreds of times. Apparently you just don't have any clout with your team. As you and your fellow spur fans always spout off on how classy the organization is I would imagine they wouldn't want to be associated with a racist lying hypocrite.

Maybe if you had played for your country or made it on high level squad you could have gained some access amoungst the basketball elite. But being the obsessed loser you are, who admitted he got cut and couldn't make it, why would anyone want to rub elbows with you?

So so so sad... TBH

Maybe they are just too cheap.

Could be... but in Hoboy's case i would tend to believe it's a matter standards that he just can't live up to.

Maybe he should make a paper cut out of his medal and brandish it to the Spur elite! :lmao

Please stop, you sound so ridiculous..

You keep talking about this "status" you possess, yet you've never proven anything..stop making shit up..I'll believe you if you show me pictures..all we know about you is that you're an old man that doesn't know how to argue about the NBA..

Even if you're telling the truth, your alleged "meetings" and "interactions" with Laker players has had absolutely no impact on the Lakers winning titles..rolling your wheelchair to your seat and cheering loudly doesn't make Kobe play better, it doesn't make Gasol flop better, it doesn't make Bynum healthier..noooooo impaaactttt at all..

So you are saying homecourt advantage has no impact. BRILLIANT!!!!

And do you not think that the high ticket prices we pay as season tix holders doesn't have a direct impact on the bottom line of the organization and what they can achieve in terms of player contracts and how far they can afford to go over the luxury tax? So much for that small market whine job you all toss out then. There is a reason Dr. Buss can afford the highest payroll in the game and that's US and the ridiculous prices we pay.

And I don't have to prove shit to you. You showed your true colors when i proved my acomplishments in the game. You belittled disabled people. Real class act there Ho. But again, what should we expect from a classless racist lying hypocrite. It's just who you are.

Poor, poor HH37. creates another useless thread and gets owned. This is happening a lot lately.

Quot from: Magic Johnson, 2010 NBA Finals trophy presentation, closing words:

"...And to the greatest fans in the world, the Los Angeles Lakers fans, here's your trophy!"

Are all the past champions that told the fans the trophy was theirs wrong as well? Is it any wonder home teams usually win game 7's? (What is it, 81%?) Gee, can't be the fans that put them over the top with all that yelling. now could it?

Although it is obvious that having homecourt helps for the players usually, teams having homecourt advantage have the better record in the regular season and are usually the better team. It is no surprise that the better team would win in a 7 game series usually, coupled with homecourt although the 81% is quite high for a game 7.

Maybe you should become a Lakerfan. You seem to enjoy switching teams.

:lol The Lakers obviously had homecourt advantage because Gobbler was cheering, not because they have Gasol and Kobe..they're also better at home because Gobbler screams for them, not because of the comfort factor that comes with being at your own home, not having to travel, and all the other advantages that come with it..

Laker fans are also some of the worst fans in sports, especially the fans that attend the games..even the "true" Laker fans themselves talk about how bad the fans are that attend Laker games..:lol using Magic Johnson and Jerry Buss as examples, what did you expect them to say?..

The Nets have like 10 fans..if you switched their entire roster with the Lakers roster, LA still wins the title..yes, having a better team would bring the Nets more fans, but would the extra fans be the reason that they would be so good, or would it be the talent?..

:et me destroy your reasoning with a political example.

First though, the cliff notes: If it weren't for the fans, the teams wouldn't be playing, thus no titles for anyone, thus fans may claim titles as well.

Ok, the longer version:

If you voted for Obama for president, your candidate won.
If you voted for Obama in New York, your candidate won the state and the electoral college votes.
If you voted for Obama in Texas, your candidate lost the state.

Houston, we have a problem. Why did Texans bother to vote for Obama even though he was an underdog in their state? Because he was their candidate, it's that simple. You vote for your man or woman, win or lose, because every vote counts. If enough voters in New York figured Obama would win anyway and stayed home that first Tuesday in November, McCain might have won. If that happens in enough states, McCain and Palin get elected.

A fan in the stands is one of a multitude, his voice alone counts little, but when combined with the masses becomes all powerful. If that fan doesn't attend, another happily takes his seat and cheers in his place. Yes, the players are the main reason a team wins a title, but the fans have a say so. The titles their teams win belong to them as well.

When McCain conceded defeat in 2008 he said "Barack Obama is my president". Same with every American no matte who they voted for. Every fan anywhere in the world of any team has right to claim that championship as theirs as well whether they attended the clinching game or not.

Unless the team with homecourt is led by LeRobin James.
