Someone who post negative comments I believe its also some one who post under multiple names/usernames. For example some guy joins a forum under "john" then makes other names "bummer" and "whoopie". "John" is the main user and post often. But once in a while post under "bummer" or "whoopie" . Then some people that come on the website often notice "john" talks like "bummer" and says "hey bummer is a troll!....i bet it's john.

Are they right? maybe. Only admin knows cause they can see I.P address for each user. But then again people can have multiple computers or phones and ways to change the address. some trolls care to be tracked and others don't. usually u can tell the troll by their low number of post count. Unless the user is new or hardly post.
