If you wonder how Iceman survives in this Forum...here's how.

Here are the issues which allow single-celled organisms to survive:
Single-celled organisms have a high surface to volume ratio. This
allows the rate of chemical exchange with the extracellular environment to
be high. This means that the cell can acquire adequate nutrients and get
rid of waste products efficiently. Single-celled organisms expel excrement without regard for it's environs.

Did I see some adult Sonic fan with a toy light saber last night just holding it up during a TO like it meant something? I mean, he didn't even have a Vader mask or Jedi robe on that might have given him a little context.
