the article may be horribly biased, but it appears to me that the study was done by the city of Houston.

I would say the Austin-San Antonio area>>>>>>>>> Houston, Dallas/Ft.Worth.
Better in food(we have real Mexican food), cultural attractions, women, not as crowded, best bang for your buck, not as dirty, etc.
