All I know is the basics at how computers work, so give me a break. But the problem is that I'm considering making the move over to Firefox because my Explorer doesn't run as fast as it used to, so I wanted to see if I could fix it by using Firefox. But after I download it and try to use it, the blue screen comes up, followed by shutting down. Since then I went back to Explorer, though I still want to find an alternative. Help?

lol using IE

Haven't you tried Google Chrome or Opera as alternatives?

Tried out Google Chrome and I'm enjoying it, but there's a problem with checking in on updates from my teachers on my college website account. I tried checking through Explorer and it didn't work either, so maybe it's down. But I'm still looking around.

There's an extension in Chrome that will launch an IE browser whenever you run across one of the 200 sites left that only work in IE.
