David Stern says he has no problem with such a discussion taking place, though, obviously something was lost in translation on Van Gundy's end. "Those conversations happen all the time," says the commissioner.

It's been suggested they are one of the most dysfunctional teams in the league, but, really, they don't even win the Atlantic Division.
